How can I check the eligibility of my Jaguar or Land Rover to Ubigi services?

In order to check the eligibility of your Jaguar or Land Rover to the Ubigi services, you have to take in account the country of purchase (and not your country of residence), your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the model-year and model-code of your vehicle. All this information is available on your vehicle registration document.

1/ Check first the model-year of your vehicle:
If you do not know it, you can check the model-year of the vehicle by looking at the 10th digit in the VIN:



2/ Then according to the country where you purchased your vehicle, you can define the eligibility to the Ubigi services easily:

For vehicle purchased in the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy:

• For 2018 model-year vehicles: vehicles are not eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2019 model-year vehicles: vehicles are not eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2020 model-year vehicles: all vehicles are eligible to Ubigi services except the following one:
– 2020 model -year with model-code L663 (Land Rover Defender)
• For 2021 model-year vehicles: only vehicles with model-code X152-(Jaguar F-Type) or L405 (Land Rover Range Rover) or L494 (Land Rover Range Rover Sport) are eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2022 model-year vehicles: only vehicles with model-code X152-(Jaguar F-Type), L405 (Range Rover) and L494 (Range Rover Sport) are eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2023 model-year vehicles: only vehicles with model-code X152-(Jaguar F-Type) are eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2024 model-year vehicles: only vehicles with model-code X152-(Jaguar F-Type) are eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2025 model-year vehicles: only vehicles with model-code X152-(Jaguar F-Type) are eligible to Ubigi services.

For vehicle purchased in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Andorra, and Portugal:

• For 2018 and 2019 model-year vehicles: vehicles are not eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2020 model-year vehicles: all vehicles are eligible to Ubigi services except the following one:
– 2020 model -year with model-code L663 (Land Rover Defender)
• For 2021 model-year vehicles: only vehicles with model-code X152-(Jaguar F-Type) or L405 (Land Rover Range Rover) or L494 (Land Rover Range Rover Sport) are eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2022 model-year vehicles: only vehicles with model-code X152-(Jaguar F-Type), L405 (Range Rover) and L494 (Range Rover Sport) are eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2023 model-year vehicles: only vehicles with model-code X152-(Jaguar F-Type) are eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2024 model-year vehicles: only vehicles with model-code X152-(Jaguar F-Type) are eligible to Ubigi services.
• For 2025 model-year vehicles: only vehicles with model-code X152-(Jaguar F-Type) are eligible to Ubigi services.
