I get an error message during my Ubigi connectivity activation, what should I do?

First, please ensure that you correctly followed the 4 steps to install your SIM card in the following section: How do I install the Ubigi SIM card in my Jaguar or Land Rover?

If you still get an error message on the redirection screen instead of screen confirming that the Ubigi SIM card activation has been done successfully, please follow the instructions below according to the message displayed:

A – Error message: «An error has occurred, please try again later »
What should I do?
Please try again after a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact Customer Service.

B – Error message: «Server does not respond, please try again later»
What should I do?
Please try again after a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact Customer Service.

C – Error message: «An error has occurred, please contact the customer service»
What should I do?
Please contact Customer Service.

D – Error message: «The SIM card is already associated»
What should I do?
Please put back the first SIM card you activated on the vehicle.
You can contact Customer Service to verify the SIM card number associated to that vehicle.

E – Error message: «The vehicle is not eligible to Ubigi services»
What should I do?
Please go to car eligibility check section.
