I purchased a top-up, the payment has been confirmed but I do not see the top-up added in my account, what should I do?

When you purchase a top-up, you automatically receive a payment confirmation by email.

If you did not receive a payment confirmation by email, it means that
your top-up purchase was unsuccessful.

If the top-up you purchased is not yet visible after 5 minutes on your Ubigi account while you received the payment confirmation by email, please contact our Customer Service here and enclose the payment confirmation to ask for an investigation and resolution.
