First, ensure that network signal bars and 3G/4G icon appear at the top of the infotainment screen (refer to How do I set the connectivity in my Jaguar or Land Rover? for help) and that you are not in an isolated space (underground garage, inside a dealership, etc.) but rather next to a windowed space or outside building (outdoor).
Then, on the infotainment screen, go to:
– All Settings
– Connectivity
– Wi-Fi Settings to view the vehicle’s Hotspot name and password:
Then, connect your smartphone/tablet to the displayed car Wi-Fi signal and enter password displayed on the infotainment screen.
Once connected to the car Wi-Fi signal:
– open a browser on your smartphone/tablet
– visit ubigi.me
NB: Depending if it is the first time or not the SIM card is visiting ubigi.me, you might be redirected automatically to a service connection page (if you do, just follow the instructions to allow the connection from your device).
