How do I install the Ubigi SIM card in my Jaguar or Land Rover?

In order to have access to the Ubigi connectivity in your Jaguar or Land Rover, you need first to install the Ubigi SIM card in the vehicle:

If you are a JLR retailer you have received the Ubigi SIM cards in leaflets to activate them in vehicles that are eligible to the service before handing them over to customers.

If you are a customer, you should find the SIM card already inserted in the SIM card slot in your vehicle (the SIM card slot is located under the armrest between front seats).
If you see that the SIM card is missing in the slot:
– verify first if your vehicle is eligible to the Ubigi services
– if your vehicle is eligible to Ubigi services, contact us to request a new SIM card

Once you have the SIM card in hands, please insert it in the SIM slot located under the armrest between front seats (you’ll know that the card is inserted properly when it is pushed till the end of the slot and you hear a “click”).

Once the SIM card has been installed, follow the set-up instructions on the leaflet you received or on the link below:
