For private purchases:
If you have purchased a JLR vehicle privately (i.e. not via a Jaguar Land Rover retailer), you should find a Ubigi SIM card inserted in the vehicle.
– If not, contact our Customer Service here to request a new SIM card for free
With the SIM card inserted in the vehicle, you will be able to create your own personal account with your own details. If you see that previous owner’s personal account is still active, you have to contact Customer Service here to request this account to be deleted in accordance with local country regulations.

For purchases through a JLR retailer:
If you have purchased the vehicle through a Jaguar Land Rover retailer, the set-up process for the SIM card will be completed by the retailer before the handover. You can find them also on the following section: How do I install the Ubigi SIM card in my Jaguar or Land Rover?
